I bring energy, passion, and years of experience working with professionals and students alike—from senior execs finding their next move, to sixth formers preparing for their first big step.

I am a CIPD qualified HR Professional, Coach, Facilitator, and HR Consultant, with extensive experience working across both private and public sector clients.  I specialise in people development, offering tailored support to individuals and teams.

My professional journey began in the oil industry, within UK and international HR operational roles, change management, and graduate recruitment. Over time, my career shifted towards empowering individuals to excel in their careers.  I design and implement career intervention programmes that prepare students for the world of work, and trains older students in mentoring skills, enabling them to support and guide their younger peers. 

I  work with many students on a 1:1 basis, and have experience of supporting neurodiverse clients.

Whether I am working with students, school staff, or professionals, my goal is to provide individuals with the tools, confidence, and mindset to thrive in whatever they choose to do next.
